Form will not run FRM-40513

I have set up oracle 10g Release2 on 2 linux boxes.


Linux box1: apps server
Box2: infrastructure and db

cant get an oracle81i export to import to thr new 10g db ... it just imports 1 object whatever i do

So have created and imported to 10g db on a windows 2000 machine.

Bothe linux boxes can connect to windows db via sqlplus.

When i try to run forms, yes the test.fmx runs ok, but when itry to run our forms i get: FRM-40513 Unable to get date/time from database

Looks like maybe it is not connecting to DB, must be3 missing some config?

Any ideas??
