Form to pull certain data based on what is selected in previous field

Hi,

We are looking to have a form display certain information from a table, based on the data entered in the previous field. For example:

Employee: Joe Employee
Organizational Unit: Operations
Department: IT

We want just the 3 departments under Operations to show in the drop-down while on this record to be selected. There is an Organization Unit table that has the organizational unit and department in it.
