Form -Tab Control Move Fields 1

I am using Access 2007.
I have a form using a tab control., containing about 30 fields.

When i click on just one text box in the form, all the text boxes light up.
Ie. I cannot just select on textbox and move it or shorted it. If i try to move just one, they all move as a group.

I cannot remember how i achieved this when i set up the form.

Is there a way of turning this OFF/ON

I feel a bit silly asking this question, it probably is very simple !!!!
