form submit

hi... i have a form with the following fields.

username :
password :

lets say username=test1 & password=test1

can i make an page with these values already given in the submit form and then with some way make it auto submit without me giving any data at all? ( i dont want to press no buttons just type

Is there any point in logging in in the first place? Why not just place a link to the directory you want to go to without the need for login information?
