Form size reduction // 19" screen to 15" screen

When I design a Form dealing with an Access Data Base, usually I utilize my PC at home with a 19" monitor.

When I go back to the office, my PC at work has a monitor with a 15" screen.

How can I reduce the size of the Form in order for it to fit a 15" screen ?

it shouldn't matter id you computer monitor is on the same pixels

I had the same problem with two of the same-size monitors but the 2nd monitor had different setting, e.g. 600 x 800 versus something different.
