Form size question (Diffferent on different machines)

I have been building an App using my 13" (viewable) screen. When I run it on a machine with a smaller monitor, the forms run off the screen (I have all forms set to Maximize). So I hooked up a smaller monitor to my machine, but the forms resize to that screen just fine. I'm not really sure the specifications of the monitors or systems that won't run my program correctly. Any ideas on correcting this. Our customers have a wide variety of systems, and I need to adjust to each. If I reconstruct my forms to fit the smaller screens, they look funny on a large. I'm hoping there is a very simple answer to my problem.
