form script

I used dreamweavers form creator to make some text fields, drop down menu's and a file send field. i want a good, free script that integrates well with sending it to an email address. i am browsing php.resourceindex.com for a script but there are many many of them. does anyone know a good one that integrates with 'action' function of dreamweaver.
