Form Question, w/out <input> tag or adobe reader/acrobat.

Any idea how to let a user fill in a form(such as a tax form) online just like you would in Adobe Acrobat - without using any <input... tag, or Adobe reader/acrobat?

Please advise, thanks!

Well, they have to type the data into something :)

Only other thing I can think of is using Flash and then using it's internal HTML request objects (don't know what they're called, just know they're in there) to send the databack to the server.
