Form processing and verisign payflow pro?

Since i am not able to reply in the other thread where this was mentioned I will ask it here (it wasn't resolved in that thread that I can see). Has anyone done a form that submits info both to Verisign Payflow Pro and a MySql database. I would be using this form for convention registration and am collecting biographical info that is necessary for me but not for Verisign.

I would appreciate any help,
