form problem 1

Hello guys!
I made a form that has 6 input text boxes and 1 group of radiobuttons(3 radiobuttons).

When i press the submit button i want to send the data from this form to an database.

How can i do this simply and clear?

I have made only what you can see...i have assigned variables to the input text boxes but the radiobuttons have nothing but instance names and labels....i didn't knew anything else that can be done.....

The variables are: name, company, email, telephone, url, comments; and the radiobuttons group is called: informationgroup; their labels are: friend, search engine, it magazine...and their instance names: data_friend, data_engine, data_magazine.

Great job there Dave!

But i am a begginer to actionscript....i use only basic script....so it will be better for me if you can modify my .fla .
