Form prints fields crossed out

Hi!

I have a user trying to fill out a form from FedEx and when he prints to any of our color printers, he gets two fields that are crossed out. He can print this document to any of the black/white printers and they don't show up crossed out.

In the preview, they don't look crossed out. He is running WinXP Pro, Adobe Reader 7 and printing to HP Color LaserJet 4650n.

Any suggestions?
