Form order results in wrong order

Yes, this always bothered me too. Follow the instructions below to reorder the fields.
After you create the form right click anywhere in the form area and select Form Properties on the bottom-left of the popup click on Options.
On the Options popup select the tab on the very right hand side named Saved Fields. Here you will see all the fields in the form.
Use Cut-n-Paste method for reordering them. Select a field you want to move by dragging mouse over the field name then use Control-X to cut the text. Then use your arrow keys to move the cursor to the location you want the field to be and type Control-V to paste the text. Make sure you remove any blank lines or they will be added to the results.
