I have created an ap that has several forms. Each form is based on a query. Suddenly, when I create a new form based on a query, set the record source to the query and the text boxes pointing at data in the answer set, form only displays one line of data when several are returned. In previous forms in the ap all the data is displayed in the form.

at the bottom of the form it indicate that there are, say 20, rows of data, and I can cycle through them with the next and previous arrows, or go first to last, etc. But only one is displayed at a time. I have the header and footer line just above and below the text boxes. It's not that there is big spaces between lines.

Looked everywhere, can't figure it out. Sounds like something simple.

Thanks in advance

relly simple

change form DefaultView to Continuous Forms

Sounds like you are in Single Form view.
Try switching to Continuous Forms.
