Form Not Visible in Form View

I created a form from a query. The query only has four fields and these fields were used for the form. The Record Source I have in the Form Properties is that of the query "qryActions" and the form can not be viewed in "Form View".

When I change the Record Source to any other Table or Query I am able to view it in Form View.

I would like to know why the form isn't viewable when I use the Query I created as the Record Source and will it give me problems when I use the frmActions as a sub-form?

Make sure your query returns a data set because if you have no records being returned then I think it might leave the form blank.
