Form NOT printing data seen onscreen

I have a form w/ unbound textbox & several subforms. This is shared by many users. When selecting an item from the textbox, information ON SCREEN properly updates within the subforms. But when PRINTED, data within subforms remains as data related to the 1st item in textbox. Why would this be occuring? What do I need to do? THanks.
