Form not opening properly

Hi All

I m running some code which is quite demanding on PC system, whilst this runs i am using a form to display a message that states "update may take 5 mins" but the form does nt open properly to show the message due to the demanding work being carried out in the later code.

Is there anyway to wait until the form has opened fully before running the rest of the code?
