I have been working on an mdb file (2002/2003 format) in AC2007. Everything was fine until I opened it today and one of my forms stopped displaying almost all of its controls. The only control it displays is an image in the form header. Missing are a text box in the header and all the controls in the detail section (Tab Control, text boxes, buttons, labels, etc.)
At first I thought it was file corruption, but I can go back to known good backups and they all display the form with no controls. I have compacted and repaired. I would try a decompile, but since this occurs in known good backups, I think it would be waste of time.
Also note that I have tried opening the file on multiple computers - no difference.

I do think MS delivered an update to my machine lately.

Anyone else having this problem?

Any suggestions?

I figured it out.

I hung msgboxes on all of the form events. Current wasn't firing.

The form was set to AllowAdditions = No and the RecordSource was empty.

Nothing to show and not allowed to do additions, so the form just sat there, "stuck on stupid".

Thanks for stopping by!
