Form Letter Question

I have a form letter that accesses an Oracle Database. I have everything complete except one thing. At the bottom of the letter, I need to insert the Full name of the employee generating the letter. Since this field is not in our database, how can I generate something like a pop up menu that the user could select to find and populte his or her name on the provided line? Thanks

A parameter would probably be the easiest way. The user could enter his/her name, and you could print it wherever.
