Form issue. Page just Flashes but Doesnt process

Anyone have any ideas why my form is just flashing and reloading the same page, and not processing and than going to post process page?

I have tried it in both FP 2000, and 2002 extensions. I have reset the permissions 1000 times. And the weird part, there is nothing in the eventViewer.

Any help/ideas is appreciated.

Sounds like the form is submitting to itself.

It would be helpful if you could provide a URL for your form page.
