Form is always "On Top" how can I get rid of this!!

How do I make my Form stop being "On Top" all the time . . .

I am trying to open a Table in datasheet view with a button control, but when I click on the button the darn table shows up behind the Form instead of in front of it making the user minimize the form to read the table information?

Any Ideas!
HELP!

If the form's Pop-Up property is set to "Yes", it remains on top.
