Form Hopping

I have always had problems with trying to have forms that fill the whole screen in Access 97.<br>
In design mode one cannot seem to make a form fit the whole screen. Using command like<br>
docmd.maximize works but causes the forms to flicker and hop for a second as they maximize.<br>
This problem did not seem to occur in access 2 or 95. Any ideas how to have 'stable' forms that<br>
fill the whole screen and can be opened and closed without 'hopping'.<br>

The echo have something to do with the flickering, it is either turning the echo off before running the form. I am not sure that it echo on or off, but one of them should help you.
