Form Generator/builder

Hi. I am looking for code or a tool to auto-generate forms from MS SQL tables. Seems like it would save a lot of time when developing table administration functions. Anyone familiar with something like this? I will write the insert/update statements, I just want a way to point to a SQL table and generate the form fields.

When searching, I found reference to something called formbuilder.cfm but was not able to find the code.
