Form fill from using VBA from access to IE8

I have searched to the ends of the earth for this answer and have found nothing. I am trying to take information from an Access Database and put the information into a web form using IE8. The application was working when we were using IE7; however; we have recently switched to IE8 and the application will no longer work. I'm getting an error message "The object involked has disconnected from it client -2147417848(80010108). Can someone help me with this problem?
