Form fields disappear

I have a rather lengthy form for ordering photos (200 fields). Each photo has a drop-down and a text box. It works fine until I get past the 100th photo, then when I preview all my drop down fields have disappeared, even though they still show up in FrontPage. I've reviewed the code and can't find any point where anything changes. What's the deal? Has anyone else ever heard of this? Thanks!

Check for a missing &quot; like <input type=&quot;text&quot; name=&quot;name>
