Form displaying behind menu 1

I have created a database with several forms and so far so good, When the database opens it shows a navigation menu which allow other forms to open.

When forms open they simply open on top of the navigation form for viewing.

However the new form I have created although works fine will only open behind the navigation menu. I cant see what I have done wrong, all th settings appear the same as all the other forms but no matter what I do the form keep hiding itself behind the menu and you cant get to see it.

Any suggestions?

Your navigation form might be opened as acModal
or setting done as
Modal=Yes
Popup=Yes

remove that or open other forms as acmodal

The nav form had Moda set to yes.
