I need some suggestions of how to go about Forms.

I need to create something similar concept as SpreadSheet having different sheets which one can switch through.

Every sheet contains a number of fields and all fields are the same except ONE field being the Order No.

For example in Sheet 1 : Order No must commence with A01
Sheet 2 : Order No must commence with A02

Do I have to create separate tables and forms for the Number of sheets I want? Or is there a better structured way of how I can go through it.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Thanks.

Perhaps a TabControl ?

Hope This Helps, PH.

i guess you have to create one table only with a key that holds the order no, then use a query with a parameter which is the order no..

Dear PHV,

that was in fact what I thought at first place, doing a tab control storing different sheets, in one table and then through Input Mask I can label the Order No. accordingly.

I will try that. Thanks for the help

Still I have a problem, cause when creating Tab Control, it cannot store same fields on different sheets having different data!!

So abdhab can you please elaborated on your idea using a query with a parameter.

Thanks.
