Form deselection

I was wondering if there was a way to disable the user from deselecting the form and send a message.... i thought unfocus would work, but it looks like im wrong....

Open the form Modal? It will keep the user from selecting any other object while the form is open.

I already tried that part, but even opened as acdialog, the resizing, minimizing, deselection works...........
