Form creator

Perhaps I am not in the right forum but haven't found anywhere where i could get the info. I am looking for a way to create rich forms. I tried looking at adobe writer but there is no forum for writer. Not really necessary adobe but something that I can create a form in a digital format and save/print it when done.

I certainly have. However, most of not all are pointing to webdesign forms which I don't need. I want a simple software such as adobe or even word that can create digital forms. I used word and it is a pain, adobe i've heard is costly as it is part of a suite i have to purchase. I am looking for something simple to create a form and preferable compatible to pdf when converted.

I like Foxit, they have a 30 day trial of the complete suite, or you can just purchase the form creator.
