In my error handler, I change caption to indicate which
error has occured. Then I print the form......

Question: To my surprise, the Form's Caption does not show
on the print-out.... hmmm

Using VB 6

Is there anyway to enable the Form caption to be printed ??

Thanks for any ideas or additional info. JOhn [sig][/sig]

Hmmm, I don't get the titlebar at all! [sig][/sig]

You are correct, VB400. I don't get a titlebar on the printed form either. I thought I had come up with a pretty good way to help me detect where some of the VB errors are
being generated from.

Why would MS omit something as important as the TitleBar ?

BTW, I also come from a lengthy career on the AS400.

I'm struggling with VB6 and Sql Server 7 right now.

Welcome Brethren!

You came to the right place for help. This site has been one of the most positive experiences that I've had and cannot imagine working without it.

I just had to make some mods/rewrites to RPG code last week and found myself thinking in terms of "Len()" or wanting to create subroutines with parameters -- oops! Actually, it was a breath of fresh air in the midst of the new PC technology. In the long run; however, I think I'm headed in the right direction with this technology.

I still miss WRKACTJOB on NT! :)
