Form can not find its menu or toolbar will not open

I created a startup form for my application, and used a custom menu bar and menu. I then saved the form, closed the application and restarted it.

Access returns the following error:

HRU can't find the macro 'HRU startup'
The macro (or macro group) doesn't exist or is new and hasn't been saved.

Note that when you enter the macrogroupname.macroname syntax in an argument, you must specify macro's macros group it was last saved under.

I am not able to open the application I have no way to correct the error and therefore all of my work is locked.

Does anyone know a workaround or a means of correcting this problem.

Open your application by pressing (long) Shift key and check for errors.
