I have a continuous form with multiple fields and entries that I get from one query. My problem is that I am trying to add another query to this form which is just the sum of one of the fields. Is this possible? thanks

Use a textbox in the footer section of the subform and set it ControlSource property to a fourmula clculating the Sum.

Hope This Helps, PH.
