Form Authentication Error

I am getting this error.
Parser Error Message: It is an error to use a section registered as allowDefinition='MachineToApplication' beyond application level. This error can be caused by a virtual directory not being configured as an application in IIS.
I have created the project as IIS application. My app is in C:\Inetpub\

http://wwwroot\Test.

I have created virtual directorty with name Test and point to the path above. When I access

http://localhost/Test/default.aspx

I get the error message above.
Any thoughts!!!

Ive seen that in Visual Web Developer Beta; If thats your case, install the full release version, still free.

If you are on Visual Studio, have you registered the asp.net with IIS? something youd run from your Start > Run box, like asp - regiis or something.

let me know, ill look it up for the latter.
