Forgotten password

is there a way to reset the password i haven't used mine in months and in true style i've forgotten it

The two basic principles of Windows system administration:
For minor problems, reboot
For major problems, reinstall

If you attempt to log in a set number of times (3, 5, 10 - depending on settings), the device will be reset to factory standards and you will then be able to re-sync and use another password.

Simpler if BES is involved: Send a "Set Password and Lock" command from the server to the unit.
