i have a user that has setup multiple identites for her Outlook Express email account. the account "Main Identity" has no password set. however, the one she created herself, she put password protection on. she has since forgotten the password and cannot remember it. does anybody have any knowledge of how to remove the password while retaining her settings? or how about a program that is used to remove password protection.
