forgotten hipath password

Could someone please help. We have a hipath 3550 and the default password 31994 has been changed and forgotten!! Is there a way of restting the password without defaulting the whole system? or is there a backdoor?

Yes there is a higher level, however I would not be prepared to give this out over a forum for obvious reasons. You should contact Siemens or your local vendor. They may give it to you or remote in and reset your service password back to 31994.
