Forgot password on Contivity 1010. How do you reset it to default?

The default username and password is 'admin' and 'setup', and I have one that someone changed the password to something else I cannot figure it out to save my life. Without being able to get into it, does anyone know how to reset the box to factory defaults?

I have been told by Nortel that the only way to reset the password is to RMA the box, ie. send it back for repairs.

There is a company that can reset these for a fee, but the easiest way is to RMA the box as they do not guarantee a fix.

The reason for this is that the password is stored in BIOS, you can sometimes do a hexdump of the BIOS contents and work out the password but again this is a flaky procedure and doe snot always prove succesfull.
