I can't find a way to retrieve the park number if I park the call to fast. Its sometimes busy and they forget.

Anyway to retrieve this?

SPDN 10 means 10 Park DNs and 8100 is the first DN of the 10

for a forgotten park code, no.. just make sure your park timeout is not to long and set to ringback the dn that parked the call.. (ld 50)

we have operators park the call against a persons ext.. so if they page, johnp you have a call parked.. i can press park then dial my dn

It will "recall" - but personally, I would not use a Park DN range. I would have users Park to a specific number - the extension of the person the call is parked for.

So, if I was listed as DN 4363 and was off in some meeting, I would hope people Park my calls to 4363, then I always know where my calls would get parked if I hear my name paged.
