Forgot BCM IP Address..Need help 1

Hi

I have purchased BCM 400. Unfortunately i do not have any login details. I tried all different ways to connect. Please help to login.

I am in New Jersey, seeking help to re-program and may need version update please contact Murali 732-537-1755.

Do you know the IP address? Have you seen the main web page yet? Assuming you know the IP already, try user name nnadmin, or ee_admin use PlsChgMe! as the password. FYI one of the ethernet ports should have DHCP and issue you an IP address, then do ipconfig from command prompt, and use the gateway as the BCM IP. That is if you have not seen the main page yet.

You can use a serial cable, null modem, 9600-8-N-1 to connect to the console port and retrieve the IP info that way provided you know the password.
