Greetings...
We are on CR8. I have a crosstab that contains 4 rows:
Informational, Normal, Exception, Emergency.
Three columns:
High, Medium, Low

I want the High column to show even if there are zero counts in it (it disappears if there are zeros)

I have read some previous postings that suggest a manual crosstab... is this the only way?

Thanks

I doubt that it would disappear because there are zeroes, I think what you mean to say is that if there aren't any counts for that instance (which is null, not zero), than it won't show, which is logical, you don't have any data.

There are a few ways you might approach this, I would likely create a table of zero values and use a left outer to your current data set and provide the combined sum using either a View or a Stored Procedure.

Otherwise, the Crystal kludge would be to use a Manual Crosstab.
