Is there any way to force people on the internal lan to go to a default webpage? What I want to do is have my friends come over and hook up their pc to the lan, but I want them to have to login through a webpage and once they have, they have access to network drives and the internet.

What I want to know how to do is to force that default page on anyone who hooks up to the lan.
