Forcing VirusScan 7 install from EPO 2.51

I would like to install VirusScan ver. 7 on all my Windows 2000 servers using the force install from EPO. I spoke to my account rep about the process. The account rep advised me to first let EPO remove Netshield 4.5, then have EPO install VirusScan 7. Has anyone successfully just forced the install of ver. 7 letting this install remove Netshield 4.5 during the install of ver 7? I have EPO ver. 2.51.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
