Forcing Users to Record Their Name?

I'm finding that Modular Messaging does not step a user through recording their name upon mailbox initialization, as was the case with Intuity Audix. Therefore our users aren't recording their names, even though directive and instructions were provided to do so.
Is there any way we can force callers to record their name upon login?

VMSC --> Telephone User Interface --> General, make sure the educator option is checked.

That didn't do it. We're on the Audix TUI if that makes any difference.

Nothing that states definatively anything.

I know in the aria TUI it works but never tried the others
