Im finally kind of getting to grips with SMS now but have found a few things different when deploying software compared with active directory deployment.

Basically with active directory you set the software to deploy in Group Policy and if you need the software on a machine fairly quickly then you reboot said machine and the software installs on startup.

Im just wondering whether anyone knows of a way i can force the clients to update their advertised programs and install new software as soon as i have advertised it.

Preferrably through command prompt aswell as i have a lab with 65 machines in and dont particularly want to log on etc to each one.

Thanks in advance

Ash
