I have a two page report based on a predefined layout. Each of the pages layout is inserted as a picture in the report. Because each of the pages is 29.7 cm long, I need a couple of centimetres more than what is allowed in access. Is there some way to force the reports lenght?

We are going to use a borderless setup when printing the reports.

thanks

You can create a custom paper size and use that. You may even find that Letter will suit.

thanks Remou!
I'll have a look into it

I've been trying to a custom paper setup, but it will not give me the extra cm i need.

Is it at all possible to set the access reports height limit to 60 cm? if so, how?

thanks

I think I may have misunderstood your first post. Have you tried two subforms? That should get around the report length limitation.

I have not considered subreports... Didn't think this was possible. How do I send the same information to two subreports from my form?

Here's the OnClick from the print button:
Code:
Private Sub BtnPrint_Click()
DoCmd.OpenReport "RptOrder", acViewPreview, , "[OrderID]=Forms![FrmReg]![FrmRegSub].Form![OrderID]"
End Sub

Set the Link Child and Link Master Fields for the subform controls to OrderID.
