Forcing logoffs automatically

I am trying to restrict Pc use after normal working hours. I have the Pcs in question restricted to certain logons times, but many users "forget" to log off their Pc's all the time.

Can anyone give me a command which I can use to force logoffs on Pc's, and does anyone know of any apps which may prevent the auto logoffs?

What OS are the client PC's running?? I'm sure you can use Winexit.scr which is in the NT4, & win2K resource kits, I think I have seen something along these lines before.
