Forcing Groupwise 6.5 to HTML view

You can set this at the domain level, or at the PO level (or if you like, user level).
Right click on the GroupWise object you want to assign this to, go to GroupWise Utilities - > Client Options
Select Environment and choose the Views tab.
Make your selection and click the padlock to lock the setting.
