Forcing callers to listen to announcement before prompting - CP App Builder 1

Is there a setting in CP App Builder 5.0 where we can force a caller to listen to entire announcement (within a menu block) before pressing a # or a prompt? In other words, and dialpad entries would be ingnored until the end of the announcement.

Use an announcement block. From there to a menu block. I believe that will work. Never tried it...
