Hi

I am fairly new to Lotus Notes and I need to enforce all my users to change their passwords as we are stepping up security
Does anyone know how to do this or cant it be done?

thanks in advance

Stu

Set the check password field in their entry in the address book. That way every x amount of days they will have to change their password. If they dont they will be locked out and will have to contact someone with admin rights to the address book to fix it. Its a bit of a pain to start with but once they all get used to it I found it a great help. You might also want to look at enabling public key checking on your servers at the same time. Again a great security feature and stops users who dont have an entry in your address book accessing your server. And ensures you can all send and recieve encrypted mail
