Forcing ACW Codes

Hi All,

Not sure if this is the right forum for this but I didn't see one for ACCS. I am probably going to punch myself when it is pointed out to me but where the hell do you force the agent in ACCS to enter an ACW code (Or force the system to put them in a default ACW state? Is it in the presentation classes?

You cant on ACCS.
Thete's only default not ready reason codes for skillsets.
ACW and activity codes arent mandatory.
