Is there a way to force a Call Pilot 5.0 system to perform a lamp audit so newly created TNs for IP sets having XMWK will light if messages are already in the VM box?
I am setting up 1140s as ACD sets with a personal line on Key 1, replacing 1140s with the PDN on Key 0. CLS LMPX and XMWK keys have been set up and they work properly if I leave a new message in the person's VM. However, if the MWI for the XMWK key is already activated, and I create the the new ACD TN with XMWK, the XMWK/lamp combo will not light until the next day - or if I leave a message the VM box now. I am assuming that the either the nightly CP lamp audit or the Midnight lamp audit will force this. If I trace the new TN that has key 11 XMWK 5800 3843 it shows the XMWK idle KEY 11 XMWK IDLE. But if I trace a set that has this DN 3843 as the PDN, it shows KEY 16 MWK ACTIVATED. From searches there appears that lamp audits can be forced with Mer Mail, but I can't find a similar menu item for CP.
